should i drop mid tier for pike?

I am pledging a mid tier frat currently and was wondering if I should drop it to do pike?

If you're a freshman then certainly I'd say yeah if you don't like the brothers or pledge class u have. If you're just saying that cause you don't like the hazing then nah unless it's lower mid tier.

As a senior in a top tier I would tell you it depends on which one.

Sammy - hell yea get out while you still can frat is dying and hazing is not worth it. Join pike
Zbt- frat isn’t dying but it also won’t ever become top tier anytime soon. Join pike
Pi Kapp- dope house brothers are low key a liability might get kicked off eventually for excessive binge drinking. Don’t leave for pike
Beta- kids wont get a house or be top tier anytime soon. Join pike
Anything else yea drop pike has a higher ceiling to be top tier by the time you graduate than any of the other except Pi Kapp.

Let me ask you this. What’s the benefit of joining Beta? There’s no benefit in joining Beta. Bunch of followers who let anyone come to their parties. They don’t even mix with top sororitys. At least ZBT hangs out SDT and a few DGs. ZBT has already surpassed them. There is no point of them claiming to be 5# when ZbT is doing better.

I’m in a top sorority, we mix with Beta a decent amount. Idk about Pike but Beta is wayyy above ZBT

If you want to be in a frat where the girls love you and you are super close go Beta. If you want to meet some dgs and be close with sdt go zbt. It just depends who you like. In my opinion guys in Zbt tend to be getting laid by top tier sororities and have gfs in sdt,Dphie and dg. I’ve barely heard of any kids in Beta doing that. Beta hits a different crowd but that crowd loves them where Zbt is more like the last frat who chills with the top tier girls. I’d go Zbt if u want to meet some hot girls. If you want to get a lot of girls then go Beta but the quality really isn’t the same.
