frat ranking trends

SigEp - Staying where they are right now. Definitely no.1
SigChi - Moving down. Got a pretty bad pledge class for a top tier and are in trouble with school.

SAE - Moving down. Used to be top tier but not anymore. The new pledge class looks pretty beat. I heard it was because kids with connections got bids instead of cool kids.
PiKapp - Staying. Might move down if they continue putting pledges into hospitals.

ZBT - Staying (when you have that daddy's money, you're never going down)
PhiDelt - Moving up (got one of the best pledge classes this spring imo. If they get to keep that house for the next 3-4 years, they will probably be upper mid in a while)
Sammy - Moving down hard (everyone knows about sammy. pretty lame already and will be even more irrelevant after seniors graduate)

Kappa Sig - Moving up slowly (getting better each pc but they're not trying to move up the ranks too hard)
AEPi - Staying

AlphaSig - Staying
Lambda - RIP?
PIKE - who knows?
