Normally I don’t agree with any frat being kicked off but if there should be one then I guess it should be them. They have a house that would be great for another fraternity like Beta, Sammy, Sig Ep or Kappa sig. Kids just go asig at this point so might as well just get lambda kids to join asig and be chillin.

Beta would probably want a house. Kap Sig would too. Sammy has too few members and too many upperclassmen. Seniors aren't gonna live in a house.
0% chance Sig Ep would want a house. They're arguably number 1 without one. Those kids spend enough at the club and off campus. There is no way they'd go for higher dues and less control.
Most likely to claim the house:
1. Phi Delt when Pike evicts them any day now
2. Beta. Try hard move = Beta move
3. Kap Sig. Desperate for legitimacy
4. Alpha Sig. They might actually want it
5. Sig Ep. Wouldn't want it
6. Sammy. Not enough guys to claim it
