Pi kappa and Zbt are interchangeable. just like sammy and Beta are interchangeable. just like Pi delt Kappa Sig and AEPi are interchangeable.

False. The way it works midtier is Sammy/ZBT are interchangeable. They mix with the top only. Then pi kapp and beta because they are nice guys but mix with mix tier. Then the rest.
