frat rankings w/ reasons spring 2018

Top:
Sig Ep - Most campus presence, very good parties, and most dominant overall. No question number one right now.

SAE - Good campus presence, good reputation, best looking guys, and overall most diverse of the top.

Sigma Chi - Older guys are dope but the newer classes seem to be lacking. Still top because they rage

Middle:
Pikapp - Very uniform but good parties, good campus presence, good pledge class, and have the potential to make a move to the top soon.

Beta - Subpar pledge class but they got numbers. Still great pool parties and very nice guys. Overall have been stagnant

ZBT - Very rich and club a lot, but no campus presence even with a house. Brothers are a mixed bag of nice and douchey from my experience.

Sammy - Virtually no campus presence or open parties, but older guys still pull with the top tier sororities. Need to step it up soon or else they'll slide.

Kappa Sig - Got numbers and mostly quality with newest pledge class, good parties, diverse, and most campus involvement but no real presence for some reason. Brothers are a mixed bag though.

Phi Delt - Good pledge class numbers and quality wise, but will lose the house soon. No campus presence. Throw average parties. Poised for a slide when they lose the house, but have been historically stagnant so who actually knows.

Aepi - Great pledge class and they have an established house. Decently involved on campus, but they throw hit or miss parties which holds them back. No question the nicest guys in Greek life.

Bottom:
Alpha Sig - Small pledge class and no house anymore. No campus involvement anymore. They're working on fumes but are doing their own thing. Nice guys and this is a frat of people who are happy and self-aware.

Lambda - Throw good parties a few times a semester, but not often. Got pretty much no pledge class, from what I heard they got 6 total or something. Need to step it up in all aspects, they're riding the house and older guys.

Honestly these rankings are arbitrary but this is how I and most of my friends see it. Sammy/ZBT and Kappa Sig/Phi Delt/AEPi are interchangeable I think, but this is the order I thought was the most accurate.
