most accurate and up to date rankings after spring’18

saw this comment on the other post. I think this is the most precise ranking considering pledge class quality.

SigEp - great class like always
SigChi - class was kinda small but good quality guys.

SAE - they struggled a bit. I heard it was coz of cross bids between them and top 2. Still did pretty well. Not top tier anymore imo.
Beta/PiKapp - PiKapp was lucky to take a class but still pulled a decent one. I know some people chose phi Delt above PiKapp. They still throw bangers and hang with hot girls. Beta’s class was great but kinda overrated. I think they’ve improved but Beta is still not better than PiKapp.

PhiDelt - impressed me the most this spring. Pulled a quality class maybe coz of the house or coz of something else. Moving up and good things coming for them.
ZBT - people think ZBT pulled an amazing class but it was like every other year. Tools with daddy’s money who try too hard and act like they’re really cool which they clearly aren’t.

Sammy/Kappa Sig - lol don’t know what to say about Sammy. Apparently guys didn’t show up at the bid day party. This was long coming. They’re moving down hard. Kappa Sig had a very decent class. They’ve been making progress even though it’s slow.
AEPi - standard pc. Some quality guys but not a lot of numbers.

Lambda/AlphaSig - took every one else who was rushing. I think they’re nice and genuine guys but just different which is why people hate on them.

I think ZBT and PhiDelt are on the same level. PhiDelt has got a better pc and has nicer, better looking guys than ZBT but still doesn’t throw bangers and hangs out with upper tier sororities because ZBT got that daddy’s money.
