kappa sig vs. phi delt
by: RushI really cannot decide which bid I should take. Phi delts house is a plus but they might loose it in a few years. I really vibed with the kappa sigs but they don't have a house. I don't really care too much about social and I feel like there basically the same anyway. What do I do

You might as well go PIKE if you don’t care too much about “social”. Nationals will help build some character in you which is vital for your personal growth and in a couple years, maybe less, the house will be back and you can enjoy yourself and have tremendous pride in paving the way for future brothers. Most importantly, because the colony will be small at first there will be a tight brotherhood.

Phi Delt will lose their house sooner rather than later and they are stagnant in their growth. On the other hand that means that they are established and will remain consistent for the years to come which could be a good thing.
Kappa Sig doesn't have a house nor will they for the forseeable future, but they are equal to Phi Delt without it. They are also getting better each semester as current trends go, so if you want want that potential and work aspect go for it.
As far as social goes, they are both the same and mix with the same sororities so just pick whichever one you vibe with the most, which seems to be kappa sig from what you've written.

What bullish-t. Phi Delt had like 200 guys rush them and they gave out 30-35 bids. I am in a mid tier sorority and I think I’d choose phi Delt over Kappa Sig any day.
