I’m 99% positive PiKapp isn’t unless a miracle happens. As for Sig chi I haven’t heard anything concrete.

I know for a fact Pi Kapp is taking a small underground class regardless of university BS. If you don't know this you're not well informed. Rumors that both Pi Kapp and Sigma Chi want to ditch on campus houses anyway
