deal with phi delt
by: confusedI've been hearing a lot of different things about them. Some people on here and guys at the house told me they are holding onto the house for a few more years and they mix with tridelt, adpi, and sometimes zta. Others are saying they mainly just mix with chi o and they are losing their house in a year or two. Anyone know the real deal

A colony can take a long time to recharter as well as quick as one semester. So to say that pike won't have that house for 4+ years is most likely wrong. They can prob get the house back as quick as next year if rush goes well for them.

Just coz this website is full of goobers who have no idea what they’re taking about.
Phi delt does mix with ZTA a couple times and mainly with ADPi and Tri-Delt. Don’t go by tiers and listen to people on this site. Judge the frat yourself and see if you like the brothers. About the house, it depends on how pike does during rush. From what it seems like, it’s going to take pike at least a few years to have the numbers to take that house back. I mean look at Kappa Sig, they were the best before they got kicked off and they’re still chilling in the lower tier.

You're definitely right on however idk about the comparison between Kap sig and pike. Pike's situation is different considering they had a lot more dominant reputation before getting kicked off and own rights to a mansion whereas kap sig didn't. Also add in the fact kap sig drowned a pledge which was the reason they got kicked off so their rep was def more tarnished. So pike can actually gain ground once they come back a lot faster than we expect.

Lol what? Definitely better than both those. Maybe if they didn’t have a mansion where so many girls from ZTA, ADPi and TriDelt catch sun, theyd be the same level. Also considering the fact that Sammy is going down like crazy, they’re probably in the mid tier along with ZBT.

Pike isn’t allowed to have a house for 4+ years, as they’re a colony. Nobody who joins Pike this rush will ever live in the house
