phidelt vs sammy vs pikapp

Rushing 2 of the frats above so would love to hear some comments.

Depends on what you're looking for. Sammy is a small frat with a tight brotherhood although going through their pledge process is not worth it. You'll get tortured.

Phi Delt has great quality guys and its a great frat if you vibe with the guys. They mix with Zeta, TriDelt and ADPi and sometimes Deeph. Also, a lot of people think they're going to lose the house but they're not tbh. Pike's not going to have the numbers to take over that mansion for at least 4-5 year. (look at Kappa Sig for example, they were kicked off as top dogs but arent even mid tier now).

PiKapp is my favorite of these three. They're probably the most unique frat considering that they provide more of a southern frat feel. I mean its Miami so its virtually impossible for a frat to be southern but if you're looking for a more traditional southern frat look and f-ck with that, then piKapp is the right choice.

Ultimately, don't make the mistake of going by tiers. They're so superficial. See which group of guys you like and are comfortable around. All three of these frats are going to provide you with a great social experience so what matters is how well you fit in. Good Luck.

Since you can’t get a real answer:

Pi kapp mixes heavy w Zeta and top tier, and obvs the parties/tailgates. Very hard to get a bid. They’re a whole different league from the other two.

Phi delt mixes with adpi/chi o sometimes tri delt. Parties I’ve gone to are pretty generic. I guess people respect them cause they’re really nice and outdoorsy. Not hard at all to get bidded up. No house soon.

Sammy doesn’t get people at their parties and they just go out w themselves. Used to chill w different sororities but the cooler guys graduated. Known as degenerates and have a bad chapter gpa. They will kill you in pledgship, it’s really bad.
