why is phi delt ranked so low

Rushed Phi Delt today and their house was crazy. They told me they mix with upper mid sororitys too. Why is it they are regarded so low

Don’t go by the tiers. They’re superfieicial. Phi Delt has amazing guys, they’re all so sweet and great.

I agree. Phi Delt guys are great and they're getting better pledge classess each semester. Definitely on the rise. And the house is staying with them for a few years so they could become really good in some time.

A house doesn’t automatically make a frat good. Plus that’s pikes House and they’re coming back so god knows how long they’ll be in it.

I think they're ranked low because they're newer! The just got their house and everything. They're growing still! They're much bigger and better than they were when I was a freshman
