Don’t think sig ep is better than Sig Chi or SAE. The lack of a house will always prevent them from being top House.

Both SAE and Sigma Chi regularly get suspended and on social probation because of what happens at their on-campus houses. Simply searching for "sigma chi university of miami" pulls up stories of suspension due to that
