Not true at all. These events are exactly where we want to evaluate potential new guys with girls. This is the first time a lot of chapters can see you in the field. And don't think for a second that older girls aren't critical in the rush process. Some annoying DG junior is more likely to ding you than the bro who's offering to smoke you up
