joke of the year. while kappa may have the opportunity not to put b dubs out of business when they come back, they cannot be top tier right away unless they close their first rush, cut ties completely with current members, and somehow pull the hottest girls from unrelated chapters across the country to transfer to UM and stay active/affiliated. with extreme effort best case scenario is probably low mid tier first few semesters, which is still a huge improvement over where they are now. personally i would rather see alphi phi and theta colonize before kappa cones back regardless
