soooo i wanted to join kappa
by: ughsooo my sister, grandma, and mom were all in KKG. I've wanted to be a kkg since I was like 10. Is there a way to rush them at all? I've been hearing that they aren't participating this year and i'm actually pissed about it. i made sure the college i picked had this chapter

Unfortunately kappa's chapter closed at UM due to low numbers so that they could come back and recolonize later. As far as I know, that means they will not be recruiting any more new members, since they supposedly stopped chapter operations (I wasn't a kkg so I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure). It really sucks that they closed and I'm sorry you won't be able to rush your legacy, but if you want to be in a sorority definitely still think about going through recruitment and meeting all the other great chapters!

this post reeks of a current kkg trying to save her chapter... aka fake. if you were so set on kappa from such a young age that you made sure your college had a chapter, why in gods names wouldn't you also look into their local reputation? everyone here knows kkg is even worse than chi o at um. this chapter absolutely needs the fresh start that rechartering after 6 or more years will give them.
