I'm an above average looking guy and like to think that I've a great and outgoing personality. Is it possible for me to get a top tier bid? How much emphasis do they put on looks and what can I do to improve my chances of getting a bid? Thanks.

No it is impossible for you to get a bid don't even rush anywhere.

Seriously though, just be yourself. The best thing you can do is stay true to yourself and your personality. Don't be a tryhard douchebag coz it will ultimately hurt you. Also, always have self-respect and confidence and you'll be good. Cheers!
