Sig Ep/Sig Chi
Interchangeable. Dbag rich kids. Both pull really hard. Both way into themselves. Sig Chi has on campus house. Sig Ep better pool parties. Sig Chi more tri-state. Sig Ep mix of northeast/cali private school bros and foreign rich kids. Party focus for both. If you don't like one you won't like the other.

SAE
Very strong option for kids that didn't like Sig Ep/Sig Chi vibe. Great grades, best leadership, basically zero hazing, best relationship with school. Don't pull as hard as Sig Ep/Sig Chi. Parties are meh because they follow the rules. Very different focus from rest of top tier

Pi Kapp
Basically a slightly less cool version of a combo Sig Chi/Sig Ep. Pull hard. Haze much harder than top tier. Most "stereotypical" college frat

Beta
Basically a slightly less cool version of SAE. Don't pull as hard. Haze harder than SAE but in line with most. Huge focus on intermurals no one else cares about

ZBT/Sammy
Big money. Lot of party focus. Nightlife focus, South Beach. Pull really well but not on their looks. Most hardcore hazing

Phi Delt
Pi Kapp and Beta cuts. Best of lower middle by a lot

AEPi/Kap Sig
AEPi has a core group that is into it. Really nice kids. Kap Sig is diverse and growing. Make sure you actually like the kids because you're not pledging here for social status

Alpha Sig/Lambda
Provides a Greek life option to guys. Not sure what else to say

Top:
1. Sig Chi/Sig Ep: pull hardest, great events, mix with the hottest, most exclusive (extremely hard bid)
2. SAE: Pull hard, events most always fun, good looking, very exclusive (very hard bid)

Mid:
3. Beta/Pi Kapp: Both very good frats, pull hard, pikkap has a house and very preppy, both exclusive (hard bid)
4. Sammy/ZBT: quite exclusive (hard bid), ball out hard, not very involved but mix with hot sororities, pull hard, ZBT have a house
5. Phi Delt/AEPi: have houses,, decent events, get a handful of attractive girls, interchangeable, mildly exclusive (somewhat easy bid)
6. Kappa Sig: no house, quite involved, average events (getting better), used to be bottom tier but now middle, inclusive (easy bid), pull average girls

Bottom:
Lambda/alpha sig: very inclusive (~auto bid), might have 1 good event/semester, pull lesser attractive girls, close brotherhood though
