difference between top and upper mid

What exactly is the difference between top and upper mid? Do top houses just party with better sororities or do they have more money or something along those lines

They mix with the higher sororities more often, but the upper mids still do. Also their dues are more expensive

But in all honesty even if you don't get bid here or an upper mid as you aren't a bottom house it doesn't matter where you join

You hang out with much hotter girls. Even though upper mid mixes with top sororities sometimes, the hotter girls don’t go. There weren’t more than 10 girls at ZBT’s DG pregame earlier this semester.

Well yeah, that's ZBT. Pi Kapp and Beta are the only upper mids worth talking about
