It doesn't matter how good a frat was when they got kicked off, they start out with the goobers who didn't get bids anywhere else. Kappa Sig was top house before they got kicked off, Pike will be bottom 3 for the next few years

F Pike. That being said, big difference being a relatively recent top tier with a monster house and gone for over a decade after a pledge murder.

This year's pledge class will be pretty rough for Pike because it's after normal rush (so they're getting leftovers), and run by nationals buzz kills. But I'd bet they'll be pretty good in 5-6 years.

Clearly OP has an agenda to promote the idea of not letting the dopest kids crush it at Rush and get bids from Pike because then that would change everything and probably ruin his plans in the Spring. Clearly there is alot Pike Fratstars who are still around South Beach. Still raging as usual. You can clearly see right through the insecurities and nervous about the one who post this. About the return of Pike in the Spring.
