Should I rush pike next semester?

Only rush Pike if you blank on Top Tier and Upper Middle (Pi Kapp, ZBT, Beta, Sammy) bids.

An established chapter's gonna have a massive leg up on a new colony overseen by Nationals.

The pc at pike may not be the best. No pledging so people who genuinely don’t want to be hazed for better or worse will go pike. It will get better for them as the years go on, because they will get the mansion (not a house, a real mansion) in a few years, have strong alumni and are a very prestigious national frat, an underrated factor.
