fraternity and sorority stereotypes/generalizations

I am a freshman and I am interested in rushing. Can people tell me some stereotypes or generalizations associated with each fraternity and sorority. For example, I've heard that guys from ZBT are rich and douchey. And that girls from DG are the hottest and richest but the dumbest. (Not sure how much of all that is true which is why I'm asking)

DG/sdt/Dphie: all top tier, all pretty and hot. DG is normally #1 on campus.SDT is really wild but chill girls, and Deeph is good too with more "typical sorority girl" attitude.

ZTA is more crazy and kinda hyper but cute girls.
ADPi is kinda easy and but really involved on campus
KKG has the best sisterhood and has the best GPA (i think)
DDD throws down hard and has some hard stoner chics
Chi O is the newest and they're nice girls

Just pointing out that ive seen dumb KKGs in my classes and pre-med DGs so dont stereotype not always wat u think
