difference between sig ep and sig chi

Hey guys. Excited to get back and will be rushing in the fall. I seem to get the difference between SAE and the rest of the top tier, but what are the differences between Sig Ep and Sig Chi? I'm pretty sure I'll rush and get bids to both.

Like who parties harder and is chiller? What do they look for that's different
