Beta is slightly better. Both mid tier

These aren't even comparable. Beta is between Pi Kapp and ZBT, Phi Delt is slightly above AEPi/kappa Sig

They're not my favorite, but compared to Phi Delt better parties, mix with better sororities, hotter guys, etc.
