what is the royal 3?

i keep hearing about the royal 3 for frats and sororitys. what are they? does every school have a royal 3?

Not a thing at every school.

At Miami the frats are:
Sigma Chi
Sig Ep
SAE

Sororities:
DG
DPhiE
SDT

There's a pretty substantial gap between the previously stated 3 fraternities and sororities. Pi Kapp and Zeta are the 4th best fraternity and sorority, respectively, and both don't really come close to the top 3.

The top 3 fraternities are: SIG EP,SIGMA CHI. SAE
The top 3 sororities: DG, DPhie, SDT
