We all know that SAE is the top frat here. When College Weekly did the top house at Miami it was SAE. SAE brothers are super tough and hard to join but also leaders in the community and academically.

When people say that Sig Chi or Sig Ep has better parties or hotter girls they're just being haters. There's a reason why SAE is number 1 and the guys in other chapters didn't get bids

You heard it here first folks. If you don't like kissing pretty women or having a good time then Sae is your Top House. Also by your logic with the whole College Weekly thing is absurd. At UCLA Sae is number 1 yet College Weekly picked Sig Chi as their Top House when Sig Chi is Top 2 at UCLA. So based on your logic, Sig Chi should be number 1 at UCLA just because College Weekly picked them over Sae when Sae is number 1 at UCLA. Wow you really blow my mind with your intellect.

sae is a top house at vanderbilt, alabama, colorado boulder, arizona, ucla, sd state and many others. sig chi aint even at half of those

Sig Chi has a better image and reputation. But let's not forget about Sae in Oklahoma.

at arizona a couple years ago some saes jumped some aepis and yelled kike and other slurs at them and didnt get in any real trouble. saes are entrenched and no one likes them theyre worse than the stereotypical pike

Come on. Pi Kapp is one good pledge class away from being better than SAE. Sig Chi and Sig Ep are miles better. Those kids are maybe the least chill "top tier" frat in the country. I consider SAE more upper mid than the top two.

I think Pi kapp is already there after their last pledge class. SAE just feels like an upper mid and most kids I know that got bids last year either went sig chi/ep or pi kapp
