Yes, Pike is coming back. They will struggle for the first couple years after the launch. A dweeb will come down from Nationals and try to put together a class after the other frats conduct normal rush. The quality won't really be there obviously when they're forced to dig in the leftover bin.

Pike won't be in their house to start. Then the dorks that Nationals hand picked on the basis of GPA and perceived lack of risk will be in charge of rushing new classes, still with Nationals oversight. We will be gone before Pike is good again. They're staring down a 4 year rebuild.

Realistically, a successful first class would put them about even with Phi Delt. A rough start would be about level with Kap Sig. In 2-3 years they should be better when Nationals and the school get off their neck, about even with or better than Beta. And in 5 years with Pike advantages in state, and with their dope house and alumni they will be in contention for top tier, possibly #1 overall.

Unless all the Frattiest kids join Pike before any other Fraternity. Now that would make their PC a lot better. Not to mention who wouldn't want to be a Pike. You can party at any Pike around the Nation. Especially the Pike at FSU. Those kids are wild.
