anyone clear this up?

Hi. I'm an incoming freshman who wants to rush. But I'm confused because everyone says the opposite of what's nationally is best. Is this rank not true? I'm looking at what's nationally considered best and I'm confused. Anyone clear this up?

Mid: zta/adpi/ tridelt
Bottom: chi o/ kkg
