DphiE would have a major problem during pref losing their top girls to Kappa and ADPi according to your ranking. This has literally never happened ever.
Literally no kid in beta or ZBT has a Sig Ep bid. Sig Ep is also chosen vastly over SAE. But let's ignore reality. For sure DphiE is second worst sorority and Beta and the zeebs are top tier. You nailed it

Sig Ep vastly chosen over SAE??? Were you alive during this spring rush? There was ONE kid who held bids from both Sig Ep and SAE who ended up going Sig Ep.
Sig Ep had 13 kids in their pledge class because of all the kids they lost to SAE and Sig Chi. There's a reason Sig Ep's rush chair cried on bid day. Don't get me wrong, Sig Ep slaughtered social this year but their rush was not good.
