connections in fall rush

Are transfers at a disadvantage for rush because most sophomores may already know brothers in fraternities from freshman year?

Of course it's a disadvantage to be a transfer. But if you're boys from Day 1 with kids in top tier from your prep school lax team or golf club you should be more than fine for Sig Ep or Sig Chi. It depends more on your personal situation.

Puts you at a slight disadvantage, but if you're a cool kid you'll get a bid to a top house guaranteed. Fall Rush is smaller so it's easier for fraternities to focus on individuals. You'll be fine.

Depends on the fraternity, but if you're cool you shouldn't have a problem getting a bid to a top 3 or upper house, just don't only rush the top 3 cause of this site
