1. Sigma Chi - They run things, enough said, philly gang with cash
2. Sig Ep - Not too far off, DGs Deephs mix with them, roids but nice dudes
3. SAE - Some tough guys, play by the rules, but still top tier, business leaders
4. Beta - Intramural football ball guys running it, mixing with DG next semester, rising
5. Pi Kapp - Solid but inconsistent this semester, tryhards
6. Sammy - Bunch of clowns who can talk to girls
7. ZBT - Best mansion party ever and role up at clubs, but that about it
8 Phi Delt - Full of themselves but still turn up hard that ladies come
9. AEPI - Seem to have a good brotherhood
10. Kappa Sig - Dudes are jacked but not too popular, rising some
11. Alpha Sig - Most classy frat but not so much a frat, pledge class better though
12. Lambda Chi - Barely a frat, bottom not even a question

No chance Beta males are over Pi Kapp. Get out of here with that. Pi Kapps bang mostly Deeph and SDT with an occasional DG while Beta is struggle city with ZTA and Tri Delt.
Also ZBT should be no lower than 5. If they can't attract good trim they'll buy it and blaze you up.
