If T-Rexs came back they would eat the hell out of some geed bears. But Pike is extinct and never coming back. Also new chapters blow. When every member who was in Pike is gone they can recolonize maybe with a goober from nationals. You'd be at alpha sig's level.

New Pike will be brutal.
You cannot bid guys who go through normal rush. That means you'll be taking the kind of guys who couldn't nail down bids from Phi Delt, Kap Sig, AEPi, Alpha Sig or Lambda. You'll be looking at a tiny class of dweebs. Will be a long time to recover. Will be 7-8 years, for the new "founding squids" to graduate and the kids they bid to leave before Pike will be mid tier. Best case in 2 years is to be at Kap Sig's level.

I haven't seen it anywhere that pike is coming back. Even in your dream scenario they'd be off campus and run by a geed lady from nationals for at least 2 years. Pike sucks and is gone. Get over it
