which fraternities have houses
by: transferI'm an incoming student for next fall and was wondering which fraternities have houses? For the ones that do, do a lot of brothers live in?

Mostly sophomores/juniors live in them but this isn't like most big schools where having a house effects your reputation. There are top and upper middle houses (Sig Ep, beta, Sammy) that don't have houses and bottom tiers (alpha Sig, lambda) that have houses

THIS.. As a transfer I thought only good fraternities had houses cause at my old school that's how it is, no correlation at all here
