SAE parties seem average at best. Only top tier cause their house has a great presence for tailgates that draws girls in at the beginning of the year and they won't try to get in your pants unlike sigma chi. Really they should be below sigma chi and sig ep

SAE isn't over Sig chi, Sammy isn't over Beta, Kappa sig is DEFINITELY not over Phi Delt, and you forgot AEPi
