If you are a dude and want to party/tailgate with a frat but don't want to join one here is a list of frats ranked not by "fratness" but rather the best for NORMAL none greek guys can hang with, with out, without having to settle for Kappa Sig.

In no real order:

Best for None Greeks
PiKapp
Lamda Chi
Beta
Alphasig
Phi Delt (Are they still active?)

Worse for None Greeks
Sig Chi
SAE
Sigepp
AEPi
ZBT

As another GDI, it's much easier to get in to AEPi or ZBT than Pi Kapp or Beta (in my experience)
