I'll be transferring to Miami next year good old Indiana University, and was wondering which fraternities have houses and how many brothers live in. The majority of IU fraternities have houses with around 50-70 brothers living in, so I'm curious if the housing situation at Miami is comparable

Roughly half of fraternities have houses but it doesn't affect their tier ranking or parties.
