Sig Chi messed up huge in the Fall. If they don't turn it around immediately Sig Ep will be clear #1. Less than a 1/3 sign rate is brutal. They bid 13 kids to get 4 pledges. Once their seniors leave Sig Chi is done.
Sig Ep will probably do the best. SAE will also do okay but they don't pull anyone except first semester freshmen girls. Then they get dumped.
Sammy, Pi Kapp and ZBT will probably do ok for mid tiers.

Nah. I was surprised too but ZBT is going to get some cool ass kids for the mid tier. How long they stay in school for idk, but these kids party and bang.

They r hard to compare b/c Beta and Pi Kapp go for typical fraternity bros and Sammy and ZBT tend to be chill stoner types they're different crowds

ZBT has been going downhill fast the past 2 years, and Sammy's pledge process makes so many kids drop or not rush to start. Pi Kapp will do very well, maybe even beat SAE. Beta should do well also and Kappa Sig might even pull some kid tier types, they got a few in fall.
