Me and my friend are going to do rush in the spring. My friend tells me a DPhie who she became friends with keeps texting her and says things that make it sound like shes going to get a bid easily if she chooses DPhiE. Are they allowed to do that? I have no idea whats considered right or wrong in this case but it seems a little weird to me.
