Most people who rush don't read this site, it's completely irrelevant. Ranks change within the span of a year or two (Pi Kapp was garbage a few years ago, sig ep was mid tier until Pike left).

There is no obligation to join the "highest ranked" place you got a bid to, when it comes time to pick which bid to take ask yourself "if these houses were ranked equally which would I take?" Many people choose upper/mid tier over top, there's no shame in that. Go where you're happy.
