Actual rankings:
1. Sig Ep - killing the game. Frat AF. Have the most money and you know it. Party hard but also kill it academically and with smokes. Best and getting even better
2. Sig Chi - good chapter. Clean up with DGs and DphiEs. Some tools but generally good house, few too many randos.
3. Pi Kapp - Kind of lazy and worthless but do alright. Getting better. Good tailgates
4. Sammy - Improving but still sketch. Dudes are questionable but they're chill. Wouldn't want to be their pledge.
5. SAE - slipping and rush this year will be a disaster for them. Crappy events, weird brothers, bad marketing.
All else are lower than geeds
