Sig Ep has been 3rd in most in most rankings and they deserved to be last year but this year, they have. Slipped. I would bump them down to 5th and move pikapp up to 3rd. Why??
I bet all girls can agree the Kanye West pool party was the best party of the year. There angels and demons was great too.
Sig Ep's halloween party on that Wednesday was just ok at best. Way overccrowded with girls.

Pi Kapp isn't consistent enough haha those guys throw tons of money for a few huge parties a year (like Kanye) but some of their parties blow and they don't have as many as other frats. ZBT has the same issue, they're really only good at registered parties.

If ZBT didn't have the house they'd really have nothing going for them, I agree with OP but it's a close call. Agree on ksig/lambda
