All three upper-middle tier frats are on the rise and could potentially be considered top tier with bangin' spring classes.

I forgot about Kappa Sig. I'd put them at lower tier as of now, but their spring class last year was the best one they've ever gotten, so if they continue like that they can potentially move up to middle tier with aepi/phi delt/beta.

The tiers aren't in any particular order, man. The frats in each tier are very similar levels in my opinion.

ZBT is middle tier, Beta is def better, lmao even Phi Delt has been doing better than ZBT

Nice try. Put beta upper middle, move ZBT to middle. Kappa sigma should be with lower as well
