how is tri delt above adpi? as long as tri delt mainly hangs with kappa sig and adpi mainly hangs with phi delt/beta, adpi is better

DPHie and SDT are literally nonexistent nationally, thats why DG will always be above them and why zeta and tridelt will eventually catch up.

DPhiE has a pretty large presence nationally but SDT not so much. DG is huge nationally but middle tier at most other schools.
