post fall rush 16' fraternity tiers

Top: Sig chi/Sig ep/SAE
Upper middle: Pi Kapp/Beta/Sammy
Middle: Phi Delt/ZBT/Lambda
Lower: AEPi/Kappa sig/Alpha Sig

Top 3 are still top 3, but didn't all get the best fall '16 classes. I feel the need to separate middle from upper middle, big difference between the upper and lower middle. SAE, Sammy had weak new classes, while Beta and Kappa Sig had stronger classes than usual. Rest didn't move much.

(Purely from what I've seen, no need to get butt hurt)

Maybe switch ZBT and phi delt then you're good
