Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 2.7 I know these guys r considered a top frat right now but I wouldn’t really call them a fraternity. Don’t get me wrong there r some really cool guys. But outside of a small group in each grade the rest r just weird nerdy kids and don’t add anything to the brotherhood. Parties r fun but for them it’s really all about money and social media and less about friendship and making real connections. They don’t have a frat house and depend on other frats for the best events (tailgates, registered parties, etc). Me and my friends like going to their parties but can easily see past their fake image. If you’re looking for a real college fraternity experience look somewhere else.

SigEp is unique in that our brotherhood and all fraternity events are alcohol and substance free by choice. The brothers feel that the brotherhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage other fraternities toward eradicating dangerous and illegal alcohol consumption.
