Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 2.4 used to be an upper tier frat, but got worse when they struggled to put together a good spring or fall calss. turning into very average and the guys are just very girly. they try to be southern and just do not pull off any type. girls are going to them less and arent as good as sig chi or zbt

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.8 clearly a Beta that ranked below me lol. Beta will move up a lot for the short time they have the Pike house but its true that SAE will drop. the whole reason SAE is relevant is because they have the nicest house on campus and the new Pike house will blow them out of the water regardless of who moves in. they'll still be a top frat but not as dominant

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 1.0 They snitch on other frats when they have parties and when they have parties of their own dont even come close to entreating their female guests. They have a nice house with a great location...but when freshman realize who actually is in SAE, they stop coming around. I guess the statement "its all about location" applies to frat life as well.

They were, for the most part, not cool in high school and attempted to come to college to reinvent themselves. They cant hold a conversation and most of the girls in my sorority hate mixing with them. Some cool kids but as a whole, no thank you!
