Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 1.0 These guys are way overrated. Most of their good brothers were seniors and graduated. Too southern and has a lot of randos and awkward kids too. When I read somewhere that they're top tier only because they insist they are I couldn't agree more. They are falling fall fast and clearly threatened by the competition of a an improving Sig Ep. Rankings change over time. That's just how it works. Their next PC will be critical.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.0 i like sae, just annoying bc they used to be so good and have clearly fallen behind sigchi and pike now. still the prettiest house but seems like its always mostly freshman girls there. nice guys, some pretty weird.
