Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.2 These guys are considered top tier at our school for 2 reasons. 1. The SAE name is extremely successful as a national fraternity which our chapter tends to rely on heavily. 2. They have an extremely new and very nice house. Classic freshman girl predators, who have a heavily inflated self image. That being said they aren't an completely awful fraternity and should be in the middle tier.
