Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity Ratings at UM

their tailgate surprised the f--k out of me. so much better than last year's. they seem to be improving a lot so good for them. definitely best pledge class yet (though still needs improvement with selection...). i will be interested to see how their party scene is different this year and how good their spring class is. we shall see.

Let me just say they absolutely killed that tailgate on saturday. if that was an indicator of stuff to come then they should be killing it soon. pledge class has some studs and some duds need to look for more consistency

Ok so i'm in one of the better sororities. I'll start by saying a lot of what you hear about all the frats on hear is complete bs. With regard to kappa sig, they're a decent group. Maybe not the most consistent yet, but theyve been steadily improving and definitely arent bottom tier anymore. I'd put them somewhere bt a phi delt and pi kapp overall, depending what you care most about, with some sig chi and aepi level kids mixed in. Improving relations w sororities too and they do throw down hard

I bet over 3/4s of these 1 star ratings in a row are other frats just trying to sabotage their rating. kappa sig is doing well for themselves considering their age. they've definitely moved into middle tier, even if barely, and they did actually take some cool pledges last semester so know wtf youre talking about before you talk crap. and honestly i don't think one frat at um deserves straight 1s across the board, or straight 5s, regardless of tier. its all personal preference, so chill

yes they have some cool kids but they all came from when they originally rechartered. they haven't recruited one cool kid in an actual pledge class.

Still new, has decent potential, but next year's rush and recruitment will be a better gauge of their future. Still kind of young to rate fairly. Seems to have been good with involvement so far. Had several parties this semester that were pretty good, as well as a couple buses to Brickell that were fun. Not douchey, some hot, some weird, generally fun, but that'll narrow down with time.

Pretty good stuff considering how new they are. Started having a lot more party's this semester. Went on their busses to brickell once not expecting much but was surprised to see a lot of girls there, too many actually, get more brothers to go next time.... Doesn't look like they self rate on here so I don't get all the obvious bashing by other frat bros...must be pretty insecure and intimidated by the new guys on the block making moves

Nice guys. Don't really have big parties and if they do me and my friends never really hear about them. Maybe they just need to put themselves out there a little more.
