Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.0 Beta is an average fraternity renting out the PIKE house (not even the entire house) until PIKE is allowed to recharter. Beta will get a boost for a year or two but in the end will remain average and irrelevant.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.8 To clear this up. There will be a 1 semester span where there will be a few non-betas living in the Beta house. It will have the Beta letters on it, and therefore will be the Beta house. Great group of guys, can't wait to see what they accomplish next year.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.2 After hearing about Beta getting the new PIKE house its obvious that they are going to be top 3. Its a shame that one stupid guy in BETA ruined it for them this semester. If you're smart, you know that Beta is a great group of classy, funny, cute, and genuine guys. Once they get this house people will all shut up and jump on the Beta team like they loved them forever. Key largo formal was amazing also.

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.6 I love these boys. They have all the makings to be amazing next semester and I can't wait for them to do so. Their house looks amazing and their formal was one of the best I have ever been to.
