Top 2 frat. Considered 1 by a lot of people. Sig ep cares a lot about maintaining their reputation and their image. Probably self-rank a decent amount but they still make a case for top frat. They are generally nice guys. Known for being wealthy, targeting rich kids, and giving kids money to accept their bid. Took a big PC this year. Stole some kids from chi for $ last minute. Don’t have a house on campus—which is the main argument for SAE being over them

Not a bad frat. Definition of middle tier. Got some herbs and some cool guys. Got a few kids with a lot of money and throw decent parties. Not really moving up or down—just average

Used to be top tier a few years ago. Really fell off. Ashame that they have such a nice house and now they’re mid tier. Still a good frat and higher up in middle tier. Probably the same or a little above pike.

Top 2 frat. Battles w ep over the #1 spot. Definitely the best frat with a house. These guys are known to be good-looking with a decent amount of money. Lot of Jersey kids. Some douche bags, but mostly good kids. Took a 20 something PC that’s doing good, but may not affect ranking bc already top tier. Losing a lot of good seniors this year but last 2 PCs have been good.
